We are so excited to announce the details for this years End Of Year Concert

Our End Of Year Concert is a professional display of dance enhanced by amazing costumes, special effects and lighting. Our concerts are always a heap of fun and a day that everyone enjoys!

Kids Wristband (aged 3 - 12): $25
Child 2 years and under on lap: Free (must be on lap)

Costume Hire & Performer Fee

COSTUME HIRE FEE

As mentioned in our Payment Terms & Conditions, for our EOY Concert our dancers wear costumes per routine.

These costumes are hired for $42 per costume. We break this hire fee up into 2 installments of $21 to be debited on the below dates:

Week 10 Term 2 - Tuesday 2nd of July

Week 2 Term 3 - Tuesday 30th of July

These fees will be backdated for people who join after the above dates

$75 PERFORMER FEE

Each dancer is charged a $75 performer fee this fee include the below:

Concert Memorial T-Shirt - for your dancer to wear in the finale routine and to collect each year

Digital Download of Videography

Digital downloads of all shows to keep + share

Concert Day Fee - Including extra staff supervision and activities

Concert Medal or Trophie - To recognise the amazing work of your dancer

Concert Photo Album

Backstage Entertainment - Games, Staff, Activities

All students are required to wear the correct footwear for each dance style they do

Tiny Monsters -

Lil Ballet + Jazz dancers wear their BARE FEET OR SHOES PROVIDED BY MONSTERS INCLUDED IN COSTUME FEE (arrive in sneakers clearly labelled)

Lil Acrobats & Ninjas wear BARE FEET (arrive in sneakers clearly labelled)

Lil Hip Hop wear WHITE SNEAKERS

If your Tiny Monster does two styles, our Monsters staff will change over your dancers socks/shoes

Girls with long hair - Half up, Half down

Boys with long hair - Top Knot/Man Bun

Show Running Orders

Please check the Show Orders by clicking the button at the top of this page to see what show/s your child will be performing in. (COMING SOON)

If you are unsure of your dancers class names these can be viewed on the Parent Portal or on your Enrolment Confirmation.

NOTE: these are not a final running order. They are just a list of classes in each show and arrival times. Final running orders will be confirmed closer to the concert.

***If your child is unable to attend the concert – please let us know ASAP so teachers can be notified.***

What Happens Backstage at our Concerts

A CONCERT OVERVIEW FOR ANY NEW PARENTS
1. Tiny Monsters are dropped and marked off at the marshalling area by their teacher, supervisors and allocated toy story character. The marshalling area is made obvious with signs and right there as you park at Glen Street Theatre.
2. Parents and families head to the auditorium while we go backstage with Tiny Monsters.
3. Each class performs their routine one after another on stage. While backstage, Tiny Monsters are entertained by their princess and supervisor with games and books. They also love watching the concert on the live stream telly.
4. At the end of the concert, each Tiny Monster walks the red carpet on stage with their Trophie that they received. 
5. We meet you back at the marshalling area to return your little one to you. Please try to fight the urge to call your little one over to you until they have been properly marked off. This is for all of our Tiny Monsters safety and must be taken seriously - thank you! 

EMERGENCY NAPPIES/PULL UPS/UNDIES/SHORTS ETC

Though unlikely to happen, we will have all supplies necessary for anyone who doesn't make it to the toilet backstage.

PLEASE DON'T PACK ANYTHING FOR BACKSTAGE

As this is a really short concert we kindly ask that you send your dancer with little to no extra items including drink bottles. We will have water and stuffed toys for comfort backstage; however if either of these items will help your little one feel comfortable coming backstage with us, please make sure they are labelled and we will do our very best to look after them. While we will do our very best, Monsters does not take responsibility for any of these extra items.

DON'T BE AFRAID!

If you have not yet experienced the wonder of a Tiny Monsters Concert, we understand that it may be hard to wrap your head around a concert full of 2-5 year olds!

But we want to assure you that 1) it works! and 2) it is one of the most magical and rewarding days of the year for all involved!

I can count on one hand the amount of times a dancer has not danced on stage and all of those little ones found their special moment at some point - usually on the red carpet with their teacher and trophie. We as a team are trained well for this day and take each moment seriously while keeping it calm and fun for you and the kids! If you have any apprehensions about attending this concert please call us with all of your questions and concerns!

If you aren't already, please make sure you are on Band App. Teachers will be posting class updates and videos of routines along with the music for your dancer to practice in the lead up to Mid-Year. Reach out if you need any assistance with joining your dancers classes on Band.
