PERFORMER FEE - This year our $75 Performer Fee will be debited from your portal in two lots of $35 over Term 3 & 4 and we will remind you of this. This Fee is non-refundable. This Fee will be debited on:

✅ September 2nd – Term 3
✅ November 25th – Term 4

CONCERT TSHIRT

All students receive a concert commemorative t-shirt included as part of their Concert Performer Fee. You can pre-select the size you wish to receive by filling out the form below. Please see the dates to remember graphic above for the due date for these selections - anyone who has not preselected their shirt size will have their t-shirt assigned based on their age.

CONCERT MEMORABILIA

VIDEOS

We engage the services of a Professional Videographer. All parents will receive a digital download of their dancers show included as a part of your concert performers fee. All parents will be emailed with a unique log in which will enable you to view and download the concert videos at home.

If you have recently changed emails, please drop us an email at [email protected] to ensure we have an up to date email address for you and you don’t miss out.

Concert videos will be emailed out early January.

ON STAGE PHOTOS

We engage the services of a Professional Photographer who will be taking on stage photos of all shows. Please be aware that they are “live on stage” images and there is no way to guarantee that photos will be taken of each individual child. All digital images will be provided to parents in early January.

CONCERT DAY FEE

This includes extra staff, supervision, activities and backstage entertainment.

CONCERT MEDAL

To recognise the amazing work of your dancers.

COSTUMES

Company dancers will be wearing their 2025 Comp Season Costumes.

Please note:

- All 2025 HIRED Comp Costumes will be left at the concert for Monsters Staff to take back to the studio. CLICK HERE to find out what costumes you purchased & what costumes you hired. Don't stress Monsters Staff will be able to tell the dancers on the day what they need to leave behind!

HAIR, MAKEUP, SHOES & SOCKS REQUIREMENTS

Can be found on your AGE GROUP BUTTONS on the COMPANY INFO PAGE (same as competitions)

All 2025 Company Routines

Please note there may be extra routines added into the concert in addition to current routines or in place of current routines - this will be more clear to the dancers as we head out of Comp Season & into Concert Prep.

If you aren't already, please make sure you are on Band App. Teachers will be posting class updates and videos of routines along with the music for your dancer to practice in the lead up to Mid-Year. Reach out if you need any assistance with joining your dancers classes on Band.
